Your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS encryption. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. All submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, which maintains strict security standards.

Beat Licensing

Overview

Beats purchased through THE VAULT are licensed — not sold outright. BOYPERSIA retains full copyright and intellectual property in all beats regardless of tier purchased. A full tier-by-tier breakdown is available on the Beat License Terms page.

Available License Tiers

• Lease (Non-Exclusive) — Limited use up to 100,000 streams and $25,000 gross revenue. Beat remains available to other buyers.
• Premium Lease — Extended cap of 500,000 streams and $150,000 gross. Includes WAV file.
• Exclusive — Unlimited use. Beat removed from the vault. 50/50 publishing split and 3% master royalty apply.
• Exclusive + Stems — Everything in Exclusive plus the full stem/trackout pack delivered within 48 hours.

Credit — Required on All Tiers

Every release using a beat from THE VAULT must credit "Prod. by BOYPERSIA" in the track title, streaming metadata, liner notes, and music video credits. This applies across all tiers without exception. Failure to credit voids the license.

No Refunds

All beat sales are final. Digital files are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment and cannot be returned. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason.

Record Labels & Major Deals

If you plan to sign a recording, distribution, or sync agreement involving a beat from THE VAULT, contact BOYPERSIA before signing. Terms are open to negotiation. Contact: boypersiamgmt@gmail.com

Merchandise Terms & Refunds

Product Information

All merchandise is produced in limited quantities. BOYPERSIA merchandise pieces are hand-made and individually numbered. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in finish or fit.

Ordering & Payment

When you pre-order or purchase merchandise, payment is processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate our terms.

Refund & Return Policy

• Pre-Orders — Can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of ordering
• Shipped Items — Must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition for a full refund (minus shipping costs)
• Defective Items — Will be replaced at no cost if damaged upon arrival

Shipping

Merchandise is shipped worldwide. Shipping costs vary by location. We aim to ship all orders within 14 days. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Size & Fit

All BOYPERSIA merchandise comes in the size selected during ordering. Please review sizing information carefully before purchase. Size exchanges are available within 14 days of receipt.
